"A Story Unfolds" explores the concept of variation.
The piece introduces three primary elements: two rhythmic motifs and one central melody. These components evolve in various forms and dimensions throughout the composition, shifting in harmonic context and conveying diverse musical messages.
Rather than adhering to a predetermined structure, I allowed the music itself to guide the progression of the piece. Although this approach may require additional time, in the case of this composition, the process unfolded surprisingly organically, bringing me great joy as I witnessed its development.
